New Life Recovery

Recovery Coaching

Our Professional Recovery Coaches work with individuals, families, and couples at home or in the workplace, offering invaluable support as they navigate their recovery journey. Recovery Coaching is strength-based, designed to promote accountability, empowerment, and connection while helping someone adapt to a new, recovery-oriented lifestyle. Whether you’re just beginning recovery, already on the path, or feeling stagnant and unsure about what comes next, our experienced coaches are here to guide you.

Recovery Coaching services are tailored to those who are newly entering recovery, are already in recovery, or need motivation to break through a plateau in their progress. Our approach is person-centered, focusing on substance abuse, mental health challenges, codependency, and other forms of addiction. For those needing more direct support, we offer companion-style coaching where an experienced coach can stay with you in your home, accompany you during treatment, or provide nearby support during key recovery moments.

Coaching is usually one-on-one but can also involve loved ones or family members, and take place in your home, community, or virtually. We create an individualized recovery plan to help you feel safe and supported while working toward your goals. Our coaches bring personal experience to the process, offering the understanding and guidance needed to set healthy boundaries, establish realistic goals, manage time, identify triggers, and participate in recovery-related activities.

We provide Recovery Coaching in person, over the phone, via video, and through text to meet your specific needs. We’re here to help you navigate the challenges of daily life in recovery—whether it’s attending support groups, therapy appointments, maintaining daily health goals, managing work and home life, or participating in business meetings, court hearings, and family events. Our goal is to ensure that you have the support and tools needed to succeed because we are living proof that recovery is possible.
